After a spring break road trip to Arizona, my desire to go out and explore was stronger than ever. With 3 months after graduating from TCU, I decided the best way to spend my time was with an epic road trip covering as much of the West as time would allow.

While simultaneously studying for the last finals of my undergraduate degree I began the extensive research and planning process a trip of this scale required. From coordinating flights with friends and family, applying for wilderness permits, reserving hostels and campsites, obtaining the proper documentation and researching my key destinations, I had my work cut out for me.

I met many amazing people along the way who've all left some sort of impact on me. The experiences and memories made with friends, family, and while solo are not only memories I will look back on, but permanent marks on who I am and how I see my place in this world.
